Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Customer Service Representative to ensure cleanliness and sanitation across assigned areas. You will perform daily janitorial tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain a safe work environment while communicating with supervisors and coworkers.

The role requires adherence to safety rules and the ability to work with a team to complete punch-list items, with a professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred, or equivalent combination.
• Strong reading and comprehension of procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned and per daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment and maintain equipment.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.

Title:CSRJob Description:Compensation: $20.85 per hourJob OverviewThe Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.Perform janitorial dutiesPerform all duties listed on the daily scheduleOperate motorized cleaning equipmentMaintain daily upkeep of assigned areaReport incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisorComply with safety rules, policies, and proceduresPerform work assignments in a team with other employeesPerform repetitive tasksMaintain clean work areaFollow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rulesTake direction and respond to supervisionTalk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional mannerFill in during staff shortageSupport shift lead in completing punch-list itemsUse proper personal protective equipmentPresent a professional appearance and conductUnderstand customer service and satisfactionThe ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.Understand reporting systems, and of the environmentQualificationTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
