SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure cleanliness and sanitation at assigned sites. The role requires performing janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, and maintaining daily area upkeep while reporting hazards to supervisors.

Strong communication, teamwork, and safety protocol adherence are essential. A driver’s license may be required, with training completed and forklift certification potentially needed based on business needs.

• No formal education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• A valid driver's license may be required for this position based on business needs.
• Completed all safety and task training certification.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Fill in during staff shortage.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• The ability to drive to various work locations, customer sites, or company facilities may be necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.

Employees required to drive as part of their job duties must maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and meet company driving eligibility requirements.
