Inpatient Psychology Solutions (IPS) seeks a self-starting Psychological Assessment Specialist/Psychometrist to join our team. The ideal candidate will administer, score, and interpret a range of cognitive and achievement tests, maintain confidentiality, and provide clear written summaries.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Health, or related field.
• CSP designation (Certified Specialist in Psychometry).
• 2+ years of psychometric testing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience administering, scoring, and interpreting achievement/cognitive/neuropsychological tests.

Responsibilities

• Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests.
• Maintain optimal test reliability with confidential data handling.
• Provide written summaries of testing behavior and interactions.
• Manage patient caseload in the Augusta area.
• Record detailed patient notes in the EMR.
• Collaborate with IPS care team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Assist in training and supervision of other clinicians.
