Job summary

Inpatient Psychology Solutions (IPS) seeks a Board Certified Psychological Assessment Specialist/Psychometrist to join our team in a contracted, flexible role. The candidate will administer, score, and interpret tests, prepare written behavioral summaries, and collaborate with the IPS care team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

The ideal candidate has CSP designation, strong written and verbal communication, and at least two years of psychometric testing experience, with the ability to work

Qualifications

• CSP designation required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Experience administering, scoring, and interpreting achievement/cognitive/neuropsychological testing.
• Masters degree in Psychology, Behavioral Health, or related field.
• 2+ years of psychometric testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer, score, and interpret psychological tests
• Maintain data confidentiality and timely availability of data
• Provide a written summary of the patient’s behavior during testing
• Manage and complete caseload in the greater Augusta area
• Record and input detailed patient notes into the EMR
• Collaborate with IPS care team to ensure comprehensive approach
• Assist in training and supervision of other clinical professionals
