The collective mission of 501(c)(3) organizations in the Phoenix Valley is to improve the quality of life for community residents or to solve particular problems related to those residents’ needs. GCU maintains a partnership with City Hope Arizona located at 1640 W. Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ, 85015. City Hope Arizona provides food, clothing, and hygiene products to those in need. The CSLP student worker’s work schedule is dependent on the hours of operations and needs of City Hope Arizona; however, CSLP student workers may not work more than 20 hours per week during the academic year (i.e., fall/spring). *CSLP: This position has been reviewed and approved as Community Service as defined by 34 CFR 675.2(b).
