State of Tennessee's Department of Correction is seeking a CSIC Operator for night shift at the Safety Intelligence Center in Nashville to monitor alerts and data feeds in real time.
This role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of experience with offenders/detainees, and an FAA 107 sUAS license or ability to obtain within probation.
The position is full-time, on-site in Nashville, with possible weekend/holiday shifts; candidates must pass background checks and screenings.

The Tennessee Department of Correction operates and oversees 14 adult prisons across the state, housing some 21,000 offenders. In the community, TDOC supervises 79,000 offenders on probation, parole, or community corrections. The department operates 44 probation/parole offices in 13 districts across the state.
Operators are responsible for real-time monitoring of alerts, notifications, and data feeds to identify and respond to potential threats or incidents. They play a critical role in maintaining situational awareness and supporting rapid response efforts. The Intelligence Center is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Operators are assigned to a shift (mornings, evenings or nights). Schedules could possibly include weekends and holidays.
