Full-time Faculty Positions

Full-time faculty positions will be posted on a per-opening basis. Postings are organized by college/school and department. Applicants will be evaluated at the college/school level for the position they are applying for. Positions remain open until filled unless a close date is specified. Qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.

Part-time Faculty Positions

DePaul University invites expressions of interest for a pool of qualified Part-Time Faculty to teach courses across all 10 colleges and schools. Individuals may submit their credentials to any relevant posting. The pool is ongoing, depending on curricular needs and funding. Selected candidates will be contacted if they advance to the finalist stage. The pool remains active until the specified closing date; resubmission is required to remain in the pool beyond that date. All pool members will be notified when postings close.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range is estimated between $4,200 and $5,600 per course, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits information is available here.

Academic Calendar:

DePaul operates on a quarter system (except for the College of Law, which uses semesters). Classes are 11 weeks in autumn, winter, and spring; summer courses are 5 weeks. The College of Law’s classes are 16 weeks in fall and spring, with a 7-week summer session.
