• 3+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• Surgical Assistant credential.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care with safety focus and assist with positioning and hemostasis in the OR.
• Support department operations, optimize supplies and equipment, and assist with surgeon needs.
• Participate in unit governance, quality and process improvement activities.
• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to resolve issues and promote best practices.
