Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Complaint Resolution or related function.
• Proven leadership/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Sets strategic direction and manages assignments of CSC Service Professionals to ensure efficient and effective management of the Research, Resolution and Specialized Support teams.
• Serve as initial contact for escalated Commercial customer research and resolution requests and handle highly complex issues.
• Manages all Commercial and Business Banking research and escalated client interactions.
• Reviews processes and policies to meet customer needs and makes improvement recommendations.
• Lead special projects and provide guidance to teams to improve customer experience.
