Job summary

Keys of Life, LLC seeks a compassionate, experienced Certified Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC/s) to deliver substance use disorder counseling and support within our treatment programs. The CSAC will work with the clinical team to facilitate groups, provide individual counseling, and support clients through recovery.

Responsibilities include documenting progress, developing treatment plans, discharge planning, and coordinating care with the Clinical Director and staff.

Qualifications

• CSAC credential recognized in Virginia.
• Experience with group counseling or education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate SUD treatment and psychoeducational groups.
• Provide individual counseling within CSAC scope.
• Maintain caseload, progress notes, and treatment plans.
• Coordinate client care with clinical team and staff.
• Assist with discharge planning and documentation.
