Responsibilities

• Manage the co-ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural (CSA) work packages.
• Lead the management of site safety.
• Oversee site quality assurance processes.
• Manage the project schedule.
• Take responsibility for day-to-day site operations.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and conduct regular meetings.
• Maintain site documentation.
• Attend and contribute to project meetings.
• Support project deliverables close-out.
• Ensure change management is properly documented.
• Review construction drawings for accuracy.
• Close out CSA snag lists.
