Job summary

GH Engage seeks a CSA Superintendent for a flagship hyperscale data center project in Childress, Texas. You will lead all CSA construction activities from mobilization through project completion, coordinating subcontractors across concrete, structure, and finishes while driving safety, quality, and schedule performance.

The role requires proven leadership and subcontractor management on large complex builds. Geo-uplift support and relocation assistance are available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Superintendent or equivalent on large commercial, industrial or mission-critical projects.
• Data center experience is preferred but candidates from advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, healthcare or other complex construction projects are encouraged to apply.
• Strong leadership, communication and subcontractor management skills.
• Geographic uplift (geo-uplift) support available for eligible candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead all CSA construction activities from mobilisation through project completion.

• Drive site safety, quality and programme performance.
• Collaborate with Project Management, MEP and Commissioning to hit milestones.
• Manage look-ahead schedules and daily field operations.
• Review drawings, RFIs and specifications to resolve issues proactively.
• Conduct quality inspections and subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Ensure all work meets project specifications and client expectations.

A leading ENR-ranked General Contractor is seeking a CSA Superintendent to join a flagship hyperscale data center project in Childress, Texas. Responsibilities

• Lead all Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) construction activities from mobilisation through project completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors across concrete, structural steel, building envelope and architectural finishes.
• Drive site safety, quality and programme performance.
• Work closely with Project Management, MEP and Commissioning teams to achieve key project milestones.
• Manage look-ahead schedules and daily field operations.
• Review drawings, RFIs and specifications to proactively resolve construction issues.
• Conduct quality inspections and subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Ensure all work is delivered in accordance with project specifications and client expectations.

Requirements

• 4+ years' experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent or Field Superintendent on large commercial, industrial or mission critical projects.
• Data center experience is preferred but candidates from advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, healthcare or other complex construction projects are encouraged to apply.
