The role requires 10+ years of electrical construction experience, strong CSA knowledge, and proven leadership to manage safety, schedule, quality, and client relations on site.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience on industrial/engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of CSA principles, industry best practices, and applicable standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&IDs, single-line diagrams, and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Champions CSA safety performance and ensures safe execution by subcontractors.
• Defines and communicates CSA objectives related to safety, scope, schedule, site management, quality, change control, logistics, and site coordination.
• Serves as primary owner’s representative overseeing site management and collaboration with General Contractors.
• Coordinate with design teams to provide constructability input and practical recommendations.
• Lead project close-out, punch lists, commissioning, validation, and room readiness to client satisfaction.
