Job summary

FST Technical Services is seeking a CSA QA/QC Inspector to join a premier pharmaceutical construction project in Lebanon, Indiana. You will perform daily inspections of civil, structural, and architectural work and ensure compliance with specifications and quality plans.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of CSA inspection in regulated environments, strong documentation skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel opportunities and long-term project stability are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years CSA Quality Inspection on commercial/industrial projects.
• Ability to read Construction, Structural and Architectural drawings and specs.
• Experience documenting inspections and maintaining quality records.
• Knowledge of ASTM, ACI, AISC, ICC, IBC, OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of Civil, Structural, and Architectural work.
• Verify installations against drawings, ITPs, and project standards.
• Inspect concrete, reinforcing steel, embeds, formwork, and finishes.
• Produce inspection reports and maintain quality documentation.
• Identify deficiencies and coordinate corrective actions with contractors.
• Support safety initiatives and participate in quality meetings and punch lists.
