We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Civil Structural Architectural Construction Superintendent in Cary/Wilson, NC. You will lead daily scheduling and planning activities, ensure the right materials, equipment, and personnel are on-site, and prioritize safety, health, and well-being. You will also leverage your leadership skills to motivate your team and foster a productive environment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of construction site experience
• At least 10 years of experience as a general foreman, superintendent, or construction manager
• Knowledge of pre-design, pre-construction, building systems, contract management, project delivery, team building, and client relations

Preferred Skills

• Pharma experience / GMP facilities / clean rooms
• Experience in planning, design, construction, and commissioning
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Bluebeam
• Ability to create estimates, presentations, timelines, staffing plans, and construction plans
• Experience facilitating walkdowns, meetings, and reviews with owners and designers
• Constructability reviews
• Leading client and construction meetings
• Multidiscipline knowledge (Mechanical, Electrical, IC, CSA)
• Safety leadership (JHA revisions, SPA permits)
• QA construction processes
• Turnover processes including TOPs, punch lists, walkdowns
