About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and collaborative Civil, Structural, Architectural Construction Superintendent in Cary/Wilson, NC. You will lead daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, ensure the availability of materials, equipment, and personnel, and prioritize safety, health, and environmental well-being. Your leadership will help foster team growth and project success.

Responsibilities

1. Lead daily construction activities, including scheduling and planning.
2. Manage materials, equipment, and workforce logistics.
3. Ensure safety protocols and environmental standards are maintained.
4. Coordinate with clients, designers, and project teams.
5. Oversee quality assurance and project turnover processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction site experience.
• Experience as a general foreman, superintendent, or construction manager.
• Knowledge of pre-design, pre-construction, building systems, contract management, and team building.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Bluebeam.
• Experience with pharma, GMP facilities, or clean rooms is preferred.
• Multidiscipline knowledge (Mechanical, Electrical, IC, CSA).
• Safety leadership experience, including JHA revisions and permit sign-offs.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Experience in planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
• Ability to lead client and construction meetings.
• Constructability reviews and turnover process expertise.
