Job summary

Eastern Contractors Corporation is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for civil, structural, and architectural scopes on active projects. You will oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinate subcontractors, manage field teams, and ensure alignment with schedules and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has strong field leadership, technical knowledge of construction practices, and a collaborative approach with project managers, engineers, and site

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in construction with field leadership experience.
• Degree in civil engineering/construction or related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and field crews.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities across CSA scopes.
• Ensure work complies with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Manage subcontractors, crews, and equipment to meet milestones.
• Review drawings, specs, and project schedules for accuracy.
• Provide updates to Project Manager on schedule and risks.
• Resolve field coordination and logistical challenges.
• Lead daily safety meetings and toolbox talks.
• Coordinate sequencing and efficient resource use.
