Job summary

LotusWorks is seeking a CSA Project Manager to lead on-site civil, structural, concrete, and structural steel construction at a large industrial facility in New Albany, Ohio. You will partner with the Director of Construction, contractors, and cross-functional teams to safely deliver scope within schedule and budget.

Responsibilities include planning, coordination, change management, progress reporting, and ensuring compliance with drawings, specs, and safety practices in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/CE/SE/Architectural field or related.
• PMP certification preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of CSA construction activities focusing on concrete and steel.
• Manage project from planning through construction, turnover and closeout.
• Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, and engineering teams.
• Maintain schedules, budgets, and project controls.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with drawings and specs.
• Provide regular status updates to the Director of Construction.
