Job summary

World Wide Professional Solutions seeks an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to lead CSA activities in our cleanrooms. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and enforce strict safety, quality, and scheduling controls.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in supervising large industrial or cleanroom projects, strong leadership, and effective communication. OSHA 30 certification preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits starting Day One.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction supervision experience in industrial or cleanroom environments.
• Strong knowledge of CSA construction methods and subcontractor management.
• Experience ensuring safety, quality and schedule performance on fast-paced projects.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily CSA construction activities within assigned cleanroom areas.

• Monitor progress, manpower, and productivity to meet schedule commitments.

• Participate in planning meetings, look-ahead schedules, and progress reviews.
• Support system turnover, punch list resolution, and project closeout.

• Manage daily CSA construction activities within assigned cleanroom areas.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality, and productive execution of work.
• Monitor project progress, manpower, and productivity to meet schedule commitments.
• Conduct field inspections and enforce safety, quality, and cleanroom standards.
• Coordinate work sequencing and interfaces between CSA, MEP, and commissioning teams.
• Identify and resolve field issues, constructability challenges, and schedule risks.
• Participate in planning meetings, look-ahead schedules, and progress reviews.
• Support system turnover, punch list resolution, and project closeout activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction supervision experience, preferably in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing, or cleanroom environments.
• Strong knowledge of CSA construction methods, field operations, and subcontractor management.
• Proven ability to manage safety, quality, and schedule performance in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 and experience with large-scale industrial or mission-critical projects preferred
