iCode Augusta is seeking an Instructor/Technical Lead to deliver engaging Computer Science sessions and motivate K-12 students. The role emphasizes individual student mentorship, innovative teaching approaches, and collaboration in a dynamic learning environment.

Responsibilities include creating a positive classroom atmosphere, evaluating student progress, and maintaining high standards while communicating with parents weekly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• BS in Computer Science preferred (Freshman–Senior acceptable).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Teach and educate students according to guidelines provided by iCode.
• Manage an orderly classroom at all times.
• Provide meaningful feedback about class material and student dynamics in weekly status reports.
• Assess, record and report on the development, progress, attainment and behavior of students.
• Provide weekly communication and updates to parents on a weekly basis.
• Treat students equally and fairly.
• Present a professional manner at all times.
• Maintain exceptional classroom standards.
