Job summary

DigiPen USA LLC is seeking a Teaching Assistant for CS-370/570: Computer Imaging at the Redmond campus. Currently enrolled DigiPen students will assist with labs and assignments for the Imaging course, keep hours, and support course activities.

Expect to work Fridays, 20 hours per week, August 31 to December 15, 2026, onsite in Redmond, WA. Prior CS-370/570 completed with strong C/C++/Python skills is required.

Qualifications

• Must have previously completed CS-370 or CS-570 at DigiPen Institute of Technology.
• Must be a graduate student or advanced undergraduate student in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, or Python.
• Good understanding of image processing, including filtering, histograms, Fourier transforms, interpolation, and noise reduction.
• Ability to debug code and explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Good academic standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with programming assignments and debugging.
• Hold office hours or lab support sessions.
• Grade assignments, quizzes, exams, and projects using instructor-provided rubrics.
• Help students understand image-processing concepts.
• Support final project presentations and course administration.
• Accurately track and report hours worked.
