Job summary

DigiPen Institute of Technology in Redmond, WA seeks a part-time Teaching Assistant to support instructors in the CS program. You will assist with labs, grading, and student questions, and coordinate with the instructor weekly for feedback.

Applicants must be DigiPen students in good standing, have CS-165 with a B or better, and be proficient in C# and Unity. Hours are limited to 4 per week, with strict class-schedule restrictions in place.

Qualifications

• Currently matriculated DigiPen student.
• GPA of at least 2.5.
• CS-165 completed with a B or better.
• Familiarity with C# and Unity.
• Willingness to help others excel and mentor peers.
• Able to attend work hours promptly and prepared.
• Capable of independent work with focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist instructor in classroom as requested.
• Setup and operate equipment (e.g., slide decks).
• Facilitate student presentations.
• Answer student questions during labs.
• Pre-grade assessments and submit attendance.
• Assist with grading outside the classroom.
• Meet weekly with instructor for feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
