Job summary

DigiPen Institute of Technology is seeking a Student Assistant Space TA for on-campus support in the Redmond campus labs. You will assist lab management, IT, and facilities to resolve student needs for project-based courses, with a flexible 4-hour weekly shift on weekdays.

Ideal candidates have GAM-250 or equivalent, are rising Sophomores or higher, and are current DigiPen students in good academic standing. The role runs during the Fall 2026 semester with on-site work and reporting obligations.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Leadership experience in GAM/TA roles preferred.
• Excellent in-person and digital communication with students.

Responsibilities

• Assist IT and Lab staff with minor technical issues.
• Support students in GAM/PRJ classes with installations.
• Monitor ticketing programs and resolve requests.
• Support DigiPen labs events (Edison, Tesla, The Wing).
• Escalate safety and equipment concerns to Lab Management.
• Track and report hours worked.
• Communicate student needs to Lab Management, Facilities, IT.
