Talus is seeking a Funds Management Representative to handle daily funding flow discrepancies between Talus and merchants. You will address missing deposits, funding holds, chargeback issues, and related settlement activities, while processing payments and resolving ACH rejects to keep deposits on track.
The role requires strong Excel skills, knowledge of the payments lifecycle, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to merchants and internal teams.
The Funds Management Representative at Talus is responsible for addressing abnormalities in the daily funding flow between Talus and our merchants. Agents in this role will handle merchant inquiries via phone, email or chat related to missing deposits, funding holds, chargeback disputes, bank account changes, and specialized funding structures like merchant cash advance holdbacks. This role also processes equipment purchase payments and works to resolve merchant ACH Rejects that could delay merchant deposits.
Assigned shift schedule will be confirmed following completion of the applicable training.
