Job summary

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field with 18 graduate hours in CS teaching.
• At least three years of college-level teaching experience.
• Demonstrated academic leadership and ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the academic program, including degree requirements and curriculum.
• Coordinate scheduling, catalog updates, and faculty assignments.
• Recruit, mentor, and supervise department faculty.
• Oversee department budget, facilities, and equipment.
• Serve on college committees and report on student outcomes.
