Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Client Service Representative to maintain and expand client relationships in Tampa. The role coordinates complex fiduciary, investment, and custody accounts, responds to inquiries, and creates action plans while overseeing transactions.

You will support Trust Advisors and related teams, develop knowledge of governing documents, and contribute to service improvements in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant proven work experience preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in financial servicing or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate account administration for fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and custody accounts.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of governing documents and account agreements.
  • Receive service requests from clients and partners; facilitate service changes or transactions.
  • Coordinate the resolution of client issues; inform the client of steps taken to resolve requests.
  • Oversee development of action plans for client servicing events and ensure execution and follow-up.
  • Engage the Client Support Services Team on execution of client servicing events, account opening/closing, cash movement, and fee set-ups.
  • Assist Trust Advisors, Estate Settlement Administrators, Guardianship Administrators, and/or Client Advisors in the account acceptance process and compliance management.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of business applications for relationship management including client on-line tools.
  • Identify service efficiency improvements and proactive measures.
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert and mentor to other employees.

Location: Tampa, Florida

Work Model: Onsite Monday - Friday

Work Hours: 8:30 am - 5 pm EST

Role Overview

This role is responsible for maintaining client relationships by coordinating the administration of complex fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and custody accounts. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate account administration for fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and/or custody accounts for complex client relationships.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of governing documents and account agreements.
  • Receive service requests from clients and partners, and communicate to service partners; obtain appropriate information from partners and clients to facilitate service changes or transactions.
  • Coordinate the resolution of client issues, informing the client of steps taken to resolve requests or problems.
  • Oversee the development of appropriate action plans for client servicing events and ensure execution and follow-up.
  • Engage the Client Support Services Team on the execution of client servicing events, account opening and closing, cash movement, and fee set-ups.
  • Assist Trust Advisors, Estate Settlement Administrators, Guardianship Administrators, and/or Client Advisors in the account acceptance process, discretionary request analysis and process, compliance management, and annual account review process.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of various business applications critical to relationship management including client on-line tools.
  • Identify service efficiency enhancements, process improvements, and service delivery using creative and proactive measures.
  • Serve as a key subject-matter expert and mentor to other employees.
Required Qualifications

Education: A college or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred.

Experience: 5 years of experience in financial servicing or a related field is preferred.

Skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • In-depth functional/industry knowledge of personal trust, estate, guardian, and advisory services and products is required.
  • Knowledge of internal bank trust functions is required.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required.
  • Technical skills and systems knowledge (e.g., Peoplesoft) are required.
  • Must be highly flexible and adaptable to change.
