Job summary

IntelliGenesis LLC is seeking a highly qualified cryptologic computer science professional in Maryland who will design, develop, and operate solutions to advanced cryptologic problems within a scientific framework.

Candidates must hold a U.S. citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. Depending on program content, a doctoral, master’s, bachelor’s, or associate degree is acceptable, with substantial relevant experience in research, software design, and computational science.

• Degree requirements include Doctoral, Master’s, Bachelor’s or Associate’s depending on program content and responsibilities.
• Relevant experience must cover: computer systems research, simulation/model development, software design, programming, computational science, algorithm analysis and design, reverse engineering, and systems design.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver and operate solutions to hard cryptologic computer science problems within a scientific framework.
• Apply computer science skills (OS, compiler theory, DB theory, algorithms, architecture, discrete math, programming language theory, data structures) to solve problems using state-of-the-art techniques.
• Engage in activities across forensics, threat attribution, network protection, active warnings, penetration testing, knowledge discovery, or other cryptologic mission support.

Job Duties * Design, develop, deliver and operate solutions to hard cryptologic computer science problems within a scientific framework

• Solutions may arise in the forms of forensics and attack attribution, protection of critical networks, active systems warnings and indicators, active penetration into target systems, knowledge discovery of passive and active systems, or other cryptologic computer science mission support
• Requisite computer science skills (operating systems, compiler theory, database theory, algorithm analysis, computer architecture, discrete math, programming language theory, and data structures) are applied to each problem to provide state of the art techniques, tools and approaches

Required Skills: * US Citizens Only

• Active TS/SCI Clearance and Polygraph required
• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience and a Doctoral degree or six (6) years of relevant experience and a Master’s degree eight (8) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree required
• Ten (10) years of relevant experience and an Associate’s degree may be considered
• Degree in must be in Computer Science; related fields (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics) may be considered depending on program content
• Relevant experience must be in one or more of the following:
• Computer systems research
• Simulation/model development and prototyping
• Software design
• Programming
• Computational science
• Algorithm analysis and design
• Reverse engineering
• Designing/developing computer or information systems including engineering hardware and/or software

Compensation Range: $110,000 - $151,000
