Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking an Information Security Engineer to join a hybrid team focused on encryption, key management, and scalable security architectures. The role demands hands-on experience with cryptographic protocols, HSMs, and modern protection technologies across Linux and Windows environments.

You will mentor teammates, drive secure engineering practices, and partner with operations to strengthen the organization’s security posture in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Information Security Engineering experience.
• 5+ years with Thales CipherTrust Key Manager and CipherTrust Transparent Encryption (CTE).
• 5+ years of Unix/Linux/Windows Systems Administration with OS hardening/tuning.
• 5+ years of encryption or tokenization technologies.
• 3+ years of hardware security modules or security appliance devices.
• Knowledge of cryptographic protocols & algorithms.
• Understanding of FPE, tokenization, and TDE.
• Experience with infrastructure upgrades, patches, and version upgrades.
• Experience with Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
• Experience with Linux/Windows server applications and incident management.
