Anchorage Digital is hiring for a Member of Trading Operations to support post-trade life-cycle activities for digital assets, ensuring timely settlements, reconciliations, and risk mitigation. You will partner with traders, operations, compliance, and finance to refine processes and protect the firm’s settlements across multiple asset classes.

This role requires deep crypto knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to handle time-sensitive tasks while improving operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in settlement or post-trade operations in crypto or traditional assets.
• Strong understanding of settlement lifecycle and risk controls.
• Ability to collaborate with traders, finance, and engineering to optimize processes.
