Now we’re looking for a Crypto Strategy Lead to drive our token launch, growth strategy, and market positioning as we step onto the global stage.

About the Role

As Crypto Strategy Lead, you will be at the forefront of Noumena’s efforts to plan and execute a successful token launch, build high-impact partnerships, and communicate our vision to diverse audiences. You’ll partner closely with our executive team, engineering leaders, and marketing professionals to ensure that Noumena becomes a central player in both the blockchain and AI communities.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Positioning & Messaging
  • Build a compelling narrative and foster a diverse and extremely engaged community within Crypto Twitter (X), the conference circuit and podcasts to ensure Noumena is top of mind in the space.
  • Develop and refine messaging strategies that resonate with crypto natives, enterprise AI clients, and mainstream audiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing to amplify our narrative across multiple channels—blogs, social media, industry events, and beyond.
• Fundraising & Investor Relations
  • Assist in funding efforts by building and maintaining relationships with potential investors and strategic partners.
  • Represent Noumena’s core value proposition—trust-minimized AI inference on an L1 blockchain—to prospective stakeholders.
• Token Launch & Adoption
  • Spearhead the strategy for Noumena’s token launch, ensuring that we drive meaningful adoption and craft a vision with clear, resonant messaging.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance advisors to structure token economics and launch timelines that balance innovation with regulatory considerations.
• Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
  • Identify and negotiate high-impact partnerships in the AI, blockchain, and data center spaces—positioning Noumena as a leading L1 for decentralized inference.
  • Work with the product team to ensure that our offerings meet the needs of both Web2 and Web3 audiences, bridging technical gaps seamlessly.
• Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Drive Noumena’s multi-phase strategic plan, aligning short-term deliverables with long-term growth objectives.
  • Oversee go-to-market and outreach strategies to cultivate an engaged community around the Noumena token and platform.
• Product Strategy & Development Support
  • Partner with engineering leadership on protocol enhancements, ensuring a synergistic relationship between token utility, exchange functionality, and AI inference services.
  • Monitor competitor landscapes and emerging trends in DeFi, AI, and blockchain infrastructure to maintain a differentiated product roadmap.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, with a focus on Web3 or blockchain technology preferred.
• Deep knowledge of the crypto ecosystem, including DeFi, tokenomics, and on-chain business models.
• Proven track record of executing strategic initiatives in dynamic, fast-paced environments (e.g., startups).
• Skilled at market analysis, messaging, and building partnerships; able to craft compelling narratives for tech-savvy and broader audiences.
• Comfortable in a hands-on startup environment, tackling both high-level strategy and day-to-day execution.
• Excellent communication skills—capable of pitching to investors, persuading partners, and rallying internal teams around shared goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Web3 or AI-focused startup, leading strategy or product.
• Successful token launch experience, including DeFi integrations and community-driven liquidity events.
• Established network in blockchain, AI, or HPC spaces.
• Familiarity with large-scale AI inference and/or HPC infrastructure, especially as it relates to decentralized platforms.
