Job summary

iTrustCapital, a fast-growing fintech in Irvine, CA, seeks a detail-oriented Reconciliation Analyst to ensure accuracy of client assets across multiple asset classes and custodians. You will own daily reconciliations, investigate breaks, and help migrate reconciliation processes to a dedicated matching platform, collaborating with engineering and product teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute daily reconciliations across accounts including USD, precious metals, and digital assets.
• Investigate reconciliation breaks; distinguish timing differences from real exceptions; resolve or escalate with documented outcomes.
• Manage the breaks/investigations queue lifecycle; prioritize, close items, monitor trends.
• Support system migration and automation projects: configure rules, test, validate, document processes.
• Identify recurring break patterns and controls gaps; propose improvements to management.
• Maintain up-to-date reconciliation procedures and evidence for audits and regulatory requests.
