Robinhood is building an elite Crypto Operations team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while scaling crypto products. As a Product Operations Associate, you will lead cross-functional projects across Product Management, Crypto Operations, Compliance, Legal, Engineering, Security, and Customer Experience to ensure operational readiness.

Based in NYC with in-person attendance, you will drive efficiency, automate processes, and support launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of crypto product operations or related experience.
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain tech.
• Knowledge of regulatory landscape affecting crypto products.
• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience using AI tools to optimize workflows.
• High attention to detail with proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support and refine operational processes for Robinhood's crypto products.
• Collect, prioritize, and communicate product challenges to product and engineering.
• Partner with Product Managers to own and execute cross-functional tasks.
• Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows across processes.
• Support crypto product operations workflows including customer communications and remediations.
• Serve as a liaison between operations and customer-facing teams.
• Identify gaps and implement improvements via automation or tooling.
• Monitor operational metrics and lead cross-functional optimization efforts.
