Job summary

PB consulting in Dallas is seeking an experienced Crypto Operations Specialist to manage cryptocurrency settlements, reconciliations, digital asset inventory, wallet operations, and daily banking activities.

You will partner with Trading, Finance, and external counterparties to ensure accurate processing, strong controls, and scalable operational workflows.

This role offers opportunities to improve controls and drive efficiency in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of crypto or digital asset operations experience.
• Hands-on with settlements, reconciliations, and post-trade processes.
• Experience with wallet operations, address whitelisting, and key management.
• Strong knowledge of crypto markets and digital assets.
• Experience coordinating with Trading, Finance, and external counterparties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily crypto trade settlements with internal teams and counterparties.
• Perform reconciliations across post-trade lifecycle and investigate discrepancies.
• Manage digital asset inventory to support settlements.
• Administer wallet address whitelisting per controls.
• Support banking ops including onboarding and payment cutoff.
• Collect and maintain counterparty and trade data.
• Identify opportunities to improve controls and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows.
