Qualifications

• Experience in fund finance and US GAAP knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication and coordination with auditors and legal teams.

Responsabilités

• Prepare general ledger entries and financial statements for the Crypto vertical.
• Assist cash flow operations to and from investors and portfolio companies.
• Coordinate and support audits, tax filings, and regulatory documentation.
• Prepare entries for realization events and reconcile monthly and daily data with custodians.
• Assist with distributions and maintain portfolio tracking reports.
• Ensure documentation complies with SEC guidelines and US GAAP.
