Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 7 years of experience in sanctions, risk, or compliance.
• Experience with AI tools and data analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory risk compliance initiatives for clients in complex landscapes.
• Develop and implement compliance strategies to mitigate risk for banking and capital markets clients.
• Direct teams in compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Apply data analysis to improve compliance program reporting.
• Collaborate with clients to validate outcomes and incorporate feedback into frameworks.
• Guide teams through challenging situations with clarity and decisiveness.
• Craft and convey clear messages to stakeholders about compliance issues.
• Apply systems thinking to identify root problems in processes.
• Promote AI-human collaboration to boost compliance efficiency.
