Job summary

PwC in San Francisco is seeking a Digital Assets Senior Manager within our Assurance practice to enhance credibility and reliability of financial statements and internal controls for a variety of stakeholders. You will lead audits, apply advanced methodologies, and coach teams to solve complex problems while upholding PwC's code of conduct.

You will focus on governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance, delivering clear, holistic messages to clients and steering engagements with sound

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of experience.
• Active CPA License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead audits of financial statements to evaluate compliance with regulations and assess governance and risk management processes.
• Apply advanced auditing methodologies to identify material misstatements and issue auditor's reports.
• Utilize technical accounting skills to enhance credibility and reliability of financial information for stakeholders.
• Direct teams through complex audit engagements with composure in challenging situations.
• Craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders.
• Validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on feedback.
• Develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams contributing to firm success.
• Initiate coaching conversations to motivate and solve problems.
• Model and reinforce professional and technical standards, including PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements.
