Job summary

Wincent is seeking an Operations & Compliance Associate to execute onboarding, track multiple parallel workstreams, and ensure alignment across Compliance, Legal, and counterparty teams. This is a hands-on role that will run processes, fix issues, and drive improvements in a fast-moving crypto trading environment.

You will be responsible for monitoring onboarding status, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and delivering concise briefs to the CLO and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, finance, or similar role involving organisation and decision-making.
• Alternatively, experience as a senior legal secretary or executive assistant in a high-performance environment
• Experience managing projects or coordinating complex workflows
• Comfort working with multiple stakeholders across functions

Responsibilities

• Compliance triage: monitor communication channels, assist counterparties with onboarding, track onboarding status, manage initial and final stages, and allocate daily tasks
• Project management: manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on schedule
• Process and counterparty experience improvement: identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and help implement better workflows
• Research analysis: gather data and prepare concise summaries or briefs for the CLO and senior compliance/legal stakeholders
• Meeting coordination: prepare agendas, facilitate meetings, record minutes, and track follow-ups
