Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr

We are actively searching for a Compliance Manager to own and manage our day‑to‑day U.S. regulatory compliance operations. This critical, hands‑on role supports the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and serves as the primary operational lead for our extensive portfolio of U.S. Money Transmitter Licenses (MTLs), enabling our continued expansion in the digital asset and payments space.

The ideal candidate has direct, hands‑on experience operating within a regulated U.S. financial institution and possesses a strong working knowledge of the unique compliance challenges posed by cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies.

Desired Skills

• 5+ years of hands‑on compliance experience in a regulated U.S. financial institution (MSB, payments company, or cryptocurrency related fintech).
• Direct, hands‑on experience owning and managing U.S. state Money Transmission Licenses (MTLs) and NMLS filings is non‑negotiable.
• 1+ years of experience working directly in the crypto, digital assets, or blockchain industry, or significant demonstrable experience supporting crypto/fintech products.
• Proven experience managing regulatory exams and independent audits as a primary owner.
• Strong working knowledge of BSA/AML regulations, SAR filing, and CDD/KYC best practices.
