Job summary

Kraken is seeking an experienced Compliance professional to support the Head of Compliance in asset approval processes and maintaining regulatory alignment across the platform. The role focuses on AML/CFT framework management, policy inventories, and monitoring plan delivery.

You will collaborate on horizon scanning, regulatory inquiries, and annual training programs, ensuring adherence to domestic and international crypto regulations while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering Compliance and AML/CFT plans with precision and speed
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international crypto regulations
• Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and key stakeholder relationships

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Compliance in approving assets and ensure Asset Listing aligns with regulatory requirements
• Manage the policies and procedures inventory
• Oversee the delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Plan
• Maintain the regulatory correspondence log and scanning feeds
• Prepare reports for Committee and Board meetings on compliance matters
• Support the annual Training Plan delivery
• Maintain the AML/CFT Framework
• Collaborate on horizon scanning and new regulatory requirements
• Ensure ongoing regulatory compliance across functions
• Assist in regulatory inquiries and exams processes
• Identify and implement process improvements
