Job summary

OP Labs is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Lead to own analytics and reporting informing commercial and strategic decisions. You will partner with leadership across Business Development, Product, and Finance to drive questions, scope analyses, and translate findings into actionable decisions.

You will manage analytics across OP Enterprise, Mainnet, and the Superchain, building models, dashboards, and memos that clearly state findings, implications, and recommended actions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in business analytics or related role.
• Relevant degree or equivalent prac­tical experience; MBA valued.
• Strong financial modeling and business case experience.
• Experience owning recurring reporting across functions.
• Strong SQL, spreadsheet modeling, and data visualization; Python a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives.
• Crypto knowledge: Ethereum, L2s, stablecoins, DeFi.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring business reporting: metrics, dashboards, and reviews.
• Partner with leadership to scope analyses and translate findings into decisions.
• Own analytical SQL, metric definitions, data validation; reconcile sources.
• Analyze customer segments, pipeline, revenue concentration across OP Enterprise, Mainnet, Superchain.
• Produce concise memos, presentations and dashboards with findings and actions.
• Evaluate crypto market developments in the context of customer needs and economics.
• Build pricing analyses, revenue scenarios, and partnerships with explicit assumptions.
• Improve repeatable reporting workflows using SQL, BI tools, and AI-assisted analysis.
