Job summary

Endologix LLC is seeking a Commercial Report Developer to design, develop, and optimize reporting for commercial operations. You will build scalable Power BI dashboards, integrate Salesforce, ERP, and Snowflake data, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership to drive data-driven decisions.

You will lead data visualization initiatives, ensure data quality, and enable cross-functional teams to access insights quickly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
4+ years of experience developing BI, reporting, and analytics solutions in a corporate environment.
3+ years of experience developing and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, and data models.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and data visualizations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate objectives into analytics solutions.
Design user-friendly dashboards promoting adoption, accessibility, and actionable decisions.
Manage Power BI workspaces, security permissions, and role-level security.
Integrate data from Salesforce CRM, ERP platforms, Snowflake, and other applications.
Develop and optimize Power Query transformations, DAX, SQL, and data models.
Create Salesforce reports and dashboards for visibility into sales performance and metrics.
Utilize Excel for data analysis, automation, and reporting.
Document processes and provide end-user training.
Stay current on BI trends and best practices.
