Job summary

Arc3 Gases, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to install and service cryogenic systems on-site, primarily in the Norfolk and Hampton Virginia region. The role includes maintenance and repairs at Gas Plant facilities, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

The position requires knowledge of cryogenic and high-pressure gases, safety compliance, and CDL eligibility. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years of Cryogenics experience preferred.
• Understand the characteristics and hazards of cryogenic and high-pressure gases.
• CDL A or B preferred; NCDL required.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain cryogenic and gas equipment.
• Install cryogenic bulk installations at customer sites and Arc3 locations.
• Respond to emergencies 24 hours a day.
• Install decals and warning signs for hazards, ownership, and safety contact information.
• Perform installation of piping systems per company SOPs.
• Perform Site Surveys to ensure compliance with codes.
• Perform annual inspections of bulk installations for condition and operation.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain an appropriate stock of parts for typical installations.
