Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company based in Hudson, NH, seeks a skilled technician to execute vacuum and cryogenic processing, monitor systems with RGAs, and maintain cleanroom equipment. This role requires strong precision, reading schematics, and adherence to detailed procedures.

Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years in a related manufacturing or process environment, and a technical degree or equivalent experience. U.S. citizenship is required for access to controlled information.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, with 5-10 years of hands‑on experience in a similar manufacturing or process environment.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting high vacuum systems, leak checkers, and RGAs.
• Excellent fine motor skills and hand‑eye coordination for precision work, proficiency with hand tools and measurement equipment, and the ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Strong adherence to procedures, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Infrared technical experience is a plus.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to export controlled information or facilities

Responsibilities

• Execute Vacuum & Cryogenic Processing: load dewars onto vacuum pumps, perform LN2 boil‑off procedures, track pump cycles, collect and evaluate gas.
• Monitor & Troubleshoot Systems: use RGA instrumentation to monitor pump cycles and debug to ensure process integrity.
• Maintain Equipment & Cleanroom: perform regular maintenance on vacuum systems, check for leaks, keep lab clean and stocked.
• Document Processes & Data: create and maintain IDCA documentation, travelers, and detailed data entry per procedures.
