Job summary

OSC is seeking a Cryogenic Technician in Saint Paul, MN. The role covers installation, repair, refurbishment, inspection, and maintenance of cryogenic equipment including bulk storage tanks. It requires 2+ years in relevant technical work and a valid Class D license for travel to customer sites.

The position pays $28–$34 per hour with benefits and opportunities for hands-on development in cryogenic systems across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical college preferred.
• 2+ years of plumbing or other relevant technical experience.
• 2+ years of cryogenic system equipment experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret equipment diagrams and complete documents.
• Valid Class D driver's license to travel to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Install equipment for bulk and micro bulk tank distribution systems.
• Perform maintenance repairs on bulk and micro bulk tanks and ancillary equipment.
• Troubleshoot, calibrate, service and repair equipment problems.
• Conduct site surveys for cryogenic systems.
• Prepare documentation for installations and inspections to maintain compliance.
• Respond to service requests promptly.
• Install low to medium pressure process piping inside customer facilities.
• Support customers on suitable equipment for their projects.
