Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases seeks a Pump Technician to repair and rebuild cryogenic pumps at our Pittsburgh Customer Center. You will read drawings, disassemble and reassemble components, and troubleshoot to ensure reliability and on-time delivery.

The role requires hands-on mechanical skills, the ability to work from schematics, maintain 5S and safety standards, and communicate clearly with customers and team members. Prior cryogenic pump experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Read prints and schematics for pump assemblies and repair.
• Demonstrated ability to diagnose failures on cryogenic pumps.
• Work from drawings, specifications and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret and work from drawings.
• Disassemble, analyze, and rebuild cryogenic pumps, accessories, and motors.
• Operate shop equipment and maintain 5S standards.
• Communicate with customers and teammates to improve reliability.
• Lead safety and compliance measures as needed.
