Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in heavy equipment, engine, or electric power generation system repair.
• 1+ years administrative/clerical experience.
• 3+ years customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares accurate and complete service reports and turns them in on time.
• Performs diagnosis, repair, reconditioning, overhaul and maintenance of equipment and components.
• Communicates with service writer and shop staff to coordinate repairs and status.
