Job summary

Rock Pros USA seeks a Heavy Equipment Operator for our Mayer, Arizona quarry. You will run CAT excavators (320–349) and wheel loaders (980–982), support crusher feeds, manage material flow, and assist with basic troubleshooting and safety compliance.

The role requires hands-on teamwork, willingness to step out of the cab, and a strong safety mindset in a fast-paced production environment. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior crushing plant experience is required.
• Proficient with CAT 320–349 excavators and hydraulic hammers.
• Proficient with CAT 980–982 wheel loaders.
• Experience supporting crusher feed and material flow.
• Able to work around crushers, screens and conveyors.
• Able to switch between machines as production needs shift.
• Mentoring other operators is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators and wheel loaders in quarry production.
• Assist with crusher feeding, material flow, and downtime reduction.
• Perform basic maintenance and inspections of equipment.
• Maintain safety and dust-control practices in the yard.
