Job summary

Turner Staffing Group, partnered with a mining operation in Hinkley, CA, is hiring a Crushing Plant Electrician. This role performs electrical and mechanical maintenance on jaw crushers, cone crushers, conveyors and associated plant infrastructure to keep production running and downtime to a minimum.

The ideal candidate holds an active electrician license and 5+ years in industrial settings, can read electrical schematics, work safely at heights, and coordinate with operators and mechanics to

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance of fixed plant equipment.
• Active electrician license is required.
• Experience in mining/aggregate facilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical issues on crushers, conveyors, and plant assets.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Perform preventive maintenance per PM schedules.
• Troubleshoot MCCs, VFDs, and control panels for faults.
• Ensure safety policies and LOTO procedures are followed.
