Montana Materials and Construction is seeking a skilled Crusher Plant Operator to manage production and load out of materials produced in plants. The operator ensures efficient plant operation, performs minor servicing and maintenance, and reports major issues to supervision.
The role requires reading schedules, maintaining quality, and complying with safety and regulatory standards. A high school diploma or GED and some related experience are preferred, with ability to work overtime as needed.

This is a skilled position controlling production and load out of materials produced in plants. The plant operator is responsible for the efficient working condition of plant equipment and is expected to perform minor servicing and maintenance or refer major problems to the supervisor.

The employee is frequently required to sit, climb, and use hands to signal and handle equipment.
