Job summary

Coeur Mining, Inc. is seeking a Crusher Ground Person in Lovelock, NV to help maintain the flow of materials through the crushing circuit. You will assist with equipment maintenance, monitor conveyors, and work with the team to optimize production safely.

The role requires teamwork, safety focus, and the ability to work outdoors about 80% of the time. Rotating shifts and on-site work are expected, with a competitive hourly wage and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the crusher system.

• Inspect, monitor, and maintain the Three-Stage Crushing Facilities daily.
• Operate panel boards to control conveying, crushing, sizing.
• Notify maintenance of delays or malfunctions.
• Perform minor and preventive maintenance on the crushing system.
• Operate heavy equipment to feed the system when needed.

About the Job

A Crusher Ground Person at Rochester will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of materials through the crushing circuit, ensuring efficiency and safety at every step. Responsibilities include assisting with equipment maintenance, monitoring conveyor systems, and collaborating with the team to optimize production output.

Responsibilities

• Operate the crusher system.
• Clean up the crusher area, including hand shoveling, skid steering, compressed air operations, etc.
• Conduct day‑to‑day inspections, monitoring, and maintenance of the Three‑Stage Crushing Facilities.
• Operate panel boards to control conveying, crushing, and sizing of ore to prepare it for leaching.
• Notify maintenance and loading personnel of delays or malfunctions.
• Perform minor maintenance and preventive maintenance on the crushing system.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed to clean up and feed the crushing system.

• Able to travel up and down stairs on a regular basis.

Additional Information

Rotating Shifts: 5 On, 4 Off / 4 On, 5 Off (12‑hour shifts, days and nights)

• Hourly Rate Range: $26.53 – $41.25 (DOE)
• Quarterly bonus up to $4,100 (up to $16,400 annually)
• Relocation available for certain positions
